      ​​Set-Up Instructions

      1. Unpack the Boots: Remove both Recovery Boots from the storage bag and lay them flat.
      2. Position the Boots: Align the boots symmetrically on the corresponding legs. Ensure the controllers are on the outside of the legs when correctly fitted.
      3. Connect the Battery Packs: Follow the Battery Installation instructions to connect the battery packs to the boots.
      4. Choose a Comfortable Position: Sit or lie down in a comfortable, relaxed position for your treatment.
      5. Pair the Control Units (if necessary): If the control units don't automatically pair, manually pair them by following the pairing procedure. The icon will light up when successful.

      Usage Instructions

      1. Power On: Press and hold the ON/OFF button on both controllers until the screens light up.
      2. Select Treatment Mode: Press the Mode button to choose your preferred treatment mode.
      3. Adjust Pressure: Press the Pressure button to adjust the pressure, starting from the default setting and gradually increasing. The device will pause for 10 seconds between adjustments.
      4. Set Treatment Time: Use the Time button to set the treatment duration (15–60 minutes).
      5. Start Treatment: Press the ON/OFF button to begin. The device will automatically shut off after the treatment ends.
      6. End Treatment Early: Press and hold the ON/OFF button. Deflation will begin shortly.
      7. Turn Off: After treatment, the screen will display the selection menu. To turn off, press and hold the ON/OFF button, or press it for 2 seconds to skip deflation and power off immediately.

      Under 12 years: Not suitable for use.
      Ages 12–18: May use the device under the supervision of a medical professional.
      Ages 18+: Suitable for use without medical supervision, unless otherwise advised.
      Ages 60+: Appropriate for individuals experiencing circulation issues in the lower extremities; however, personal health conditions and safety considerations should be assessed.

      Using recovery boots 3–7 times per week is generally considered safe for most healthy adults. However, it is essential to tailor the frequency to your individual recovery needs and tolerance levels for optimal results.

      Wear comfortable, sportswear for your session. Remove all personal items and avoid wearing shoes; socks are fine to wear during treatment.

      To deflate the leg recovery boots immediately, slide the Emergency Pressure Relief slider on the side of either control unit, or press the STOP button to instantly release the pressure.

      The Recovery Boots are made from TPU material. Clean them with a damp cloth and mild detergent (max temperature 40°C), ensuring no liquid enters the controllers. Clean the controllers every 3 months with a damp cloth and check all components regularly.

      Do not machine wash the boots or use oil, benzene, alcohol, gasoline, or harsh chemicals. Avoid using chemical solvents not intended for fabric. The airbag should not be spin-dried, dried with a hair dryer, or ironed.

Using compression boots can help reduce fluid retention in the legs by improving circulation, encouraging the movement of fluid and alleviating swelling.

      The compression boots can help to improve lymphatic drainage in the legs by stimulating circulation and encouraging the movement of lymphatic fluid. Regular movements like walking or leg exercises can also support lymphatic flow. Elevating your legs and staying hydrated further assist in reducing fluid retention in your legs and promoting effective drainage.

      Symptoms of poor lymphatic drainage in the legs can include fluid retention, swelling and a feeling of heaviness or tightness in the affected area.

      If you experience inflammation, infection, unexplained pain, or
      bleeding (internal or external) at or near the application site, or
      have wounds, ulcers, or pressure sores at or near the application
      site, do not use this product.
      Do not use this product under the following circumstances
      or if you suffer from any of the following medical conditions:
      • Users with pulmonary insufficiency or pulmonary edema;
      • Users with serious heart conditions, cardiac insufficiency,
      labile hypertension, or have electronic devices (e.g.,
      pacemaker) implanted;
      • Users with or suspected of having deep vein thrombosis (DVT),
      venous cancer, thrombophlebitis (which can cause vessel
      occlusion), acute vein thrombosis, or thrombosis of any type;
      • Users with severe inflammation or severe infection of limbs
      that are not effectively controlled;
      • Users with severe coagulation disorder;
      • Acute inflammatory dermatosis or extensive ulcerative rashes;
      • Severe arteriosclerosis, arterial insufficiency, or other vascular
      diseases;
      • Children and pregnant women;
      • Edema in patients with renal insufficiency;
      • Recently received skin grafting;
      • Special deformity of limbs;
      • Acute pulmonary edema;
      • Acute thrombophlebitis;
      • Acute infection;
      • Acute congestive heart failure;
      • Onset of pulmonary embolism;
      • Neoplastic diseases;
      • Wounds, lesions, or tumors at or near the application site;
      • Fracture or dislocation at or near the application site;
      • Severe pain or numbness in the limbs;
      • Users with built-in artificial materials in the massage area (e.g.,
      artificial joints, metal, or silicone).
      • DO NOT use this product on sensitive or numb body parts. Do
      not use this product in cases of poor blood circulation.
      • DO NOT use this product on swollen or inflamed areas and
      skin with rashes.
      • DO NOT use this product if you experience unexplained pain
      in your legs.
      • DO NOT use this product on people who are unconscious,
      incapacitated, or unable to provide feedback on pressure.
      • This product is intended for healthy adults only. It uses
      gradient pressure to massage your limbs for recovery after
      exercise.
      • Use this product on legs only.
