It's really easy to use which makes a huge difference when you wish to use it every single day.
It's totally portable and you can simply click the battery to your clothes and move everywhere when you have the mask on. I'm too short of a mask to say I'm seeing results. I find it very easy to use it for 10 minutes a day.
I think the videos I see of people walking around and doing things while wearing the mask are nonsense because I can't see anything at all so it forces me to relax for 10 minutes!
