Step 1: Conduct a sensitivity test 24 hours before your first use.

Step 4: Turn on to start your 3-minute session.
Step 5: Remove your device and wipe clean.

Yes, although the device will switch off automatically after 3-minutes because there aren't any proven claims to suggest results be better after that time.
The device is pain free. It does not generate heat during or after use, so it should not feel hot or uncomfortable.
Each Hydrogel Mask is clinically proven to enhance the anti-ageing effects of LED light therapy. The silky-smooth formula sinks seamlessly into the skin, intensely hydrating to plump and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Apply under your eyes before each LED session to supercharge your results.
Skincare and makeup can block the light from entering the skin. We recommend using the LED eye mask on clean skin that’s free from any product.
A full charge takes 6 to 8 hours.
1. Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
2. Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.
3. Wait at least 24 hours.
4. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our Customer Support team and return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.

If you use this device and you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity you may cause a severe skin reaction. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure about any medication you may be taking consult your healthcare provider. Other substances not listed above can also cause photosensitivity. Common examples of these substances are St John's Wort, Coal tar, deodorants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (moth balls), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent, and cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing.

I have used this mask sixteen times in the past two months. Have not noticed any improvement but maybe it is too soon to tell and I probably need to use it at least one more time a week (seem to be averaging two times a week). The fit is loose on my face, so I use it resting on my back and using my hands to press it to my face. Like how easy it is too use.

I purchased this mask to help with my skin issues, redness, pores and wrinkles. Even though none of these were really bad, I can see a change, my skin tone is more even, feels more soft and firm. I use the mask almost every day for 10mins, and already after 2 weeks there was a visible change.
The only negative thing for me is the straps, I find them rather uncomfortable, and the mask is slightpy longer than my face which was really strange at first, but I got used to it.

Conducted a study of all similar LED masks and the is came out on top although the negative was the price. It is one of most expensive on the market but had most positive reviews. Was I being convinced by paid i fluencers? Maybe but I took a chance.
Am blown away by quality of product and the results after 3 weeks use are clear. Use 3-4 times per week and skin is already visibly firmer, reduced lines etc. exceeded expectations in only 3 weeks - cant wait to see long term benefits.

I received the mask this week and have used it 4x so far. It’s too early to talk about results, but as far as ease of use I am pleasantly surprised. It’s easy to use, skin feels great afterwards. I don’t feel any heat or other issues when using it. I will update the review after 4 weeks with some before and after photos or results that I am seeing. I only 1wish I got a neck mask too together with the face mask. ☺️
