I am very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us.
In regard to our product reviews, we have a process in place where reviews are manually published to the site, this is in case any profanities are used and so we can monitor this. Rest assured that all reviews are published, it just may not be on the same day that the review was submitted depending on how busy our team are.
I am also very sorry to hear that you have been suffering from migraines, although rare, the manual does state that temporary headaches immediately following the light treatment can be treated with an appropriate pain killer and rehydration. I would however suggest discontinuing your treatments at this time if you are still experiencing headaches.
With reference to your feedback about your eyes, the device is tested to international eye safety standards and protection is not required as the LEDs don’t cover the eye area. We do however include goggles, these are not a necessity but we provide them so customers have the choice to use them for extra reassurance or if they have very sensitive eyes.
The device can be used at any time of the day but if you find that it is not personally comfortable for you to use in the dark then I would suggest using the device at another time in the day.
I have also flagged your feedback concerning treatment times and this inconsistency between the instruction manual and our website.
In relation to the charging capabilities of the device, it does, unfortunately, sounds like there is an issue especially as you are having to charge so regularly, this would certainly need to be looked into further. With this product, you are covered by a two-year warranty if any issues do occur so we are always more than happy to help in these instances.
